CYBERMOOR WINS AT SUCCESS NORTH WEST

Cybermoor Ltd has recently won a top award at an event to highlight the best EU–funded projects in the North West region. On Thursday 1 December 2005 Government Office for the North West (GONW) and the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) joined forces to recognise the contribution European funding has made to the region with a celebration event held in St George’s Hall, Liverpool. The awards were divided into 6 categories. The judges were extremely impressed by the depth and quality of all the entrants.

Cybermoor won the award for outstanding contribution to ICT in the region.  Director Lisa Hunt said “It is great for Cybermoor and Alston to get chosen for such a prestigious award.  Cybermoor has gone on to do a whole range of activities from the initial contribution of EU funding.”

Cybermoor provides low cost computers, websites and broadband to residents and businesses in Cumbria.
